Previous experience is required within DPR’s core market projects - Life Sciences, Healthcare, Higher Education, Commercial, and Advanced Technology.**Responsibilities**:* Ability to communicate with all roles (internal/external/suppliers/manufacturer tech services)* Exceptional understanding of overall scope of work* Ability to plan ahead* Excellent problem solver* Provide instructions and delegate work to crews* Motivated to advance* Recognize and start solution process* Projects a professional image* Demonstrates effective listening skills* Ability to resolve conflicts* Read plans, evaluations and drawings with complete understanding* Manage and delegate task with appropriate personnel* Understand project schedule and productivity* Create Pre-Task Plan for the entire job* Mentors Craft Team's development in producing a project**Qualifications**: The successful candidate will:* **Manage and oversee the creation of all pre-task planning for the crew*** **Read and understand drawings*** **Read and understand Hardware Schedules and Door Schedules*** **Understand Schedules and how to accomplish a 2 week look ahead.*** Ability to recognize and train crew member as needed* Quality control, knowledge and understand Best Practices* Knowledge of current industry standards (ACSI, SDI)* Experience installing doors, frames and hardware* Oversee the sign-in and sign-out sheet for payroll/Entering time* Computer Skills (Blue Beam, BIM 360, PlanGrid, Excel, Outlook, Box)* Able to teach and assist DFH Superintendent in their role* OSHA 10 or 30 certified/Competent Person Training* DHI COR101 (Recommended)* Forklift Certified* Lull Lift Trained* Productivity Tracking Management* Ability to execute an action plan* Understand man loading process for production* Coordinate with other trades* Ability to meet deadlines & effectively communicate and delegate to the team* Valid driver license & reliable transportation**Benefits**:* Medical, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance.* 401K(Retirement)* PTO (10 days plus 5 Holidays)### ### ### ### DPR Construction is a forward-thinking, self-performing general contractor specializing in technically complex and sustainable projects for the advanced technology, life sciences, healthcare, higher education and commercial markets.
