Hernia Sales Specialist (North Dallas, TX)

Medtronic seeks a Hernia Sales Specialist for the North Dallas and Northwest Arkansas territory to drive clinical adoption and market growth in hernia disease management. This remote position requires territory-based travel and focuses on building customer relationships, integrating robotic surgery capabilities, and executing strategic account plans within the surgical operating unit.

Responsibilities

• Develop clinical and procedural expertise to drive above-market hernia portfolio growth
• Create and execute strategic account plans using Fragment, Expand, Standardize model for market conversion
• Strengthen partnerships with key stakeholders and engage customers to improve patient outcomes and procedural adoption
• Lead robotic surgery integration initiatives and position hernia portfolio as key robotic-assisted solution
• Implement market development programs, therapy awareness initiatives, training, and simulation labs to accelerate procedural adoption

Requirements

• High school diploma plus 6+ years field sales experience, or associate degree plus 4+ years, or bachelor degree plus 2+ years
• Proven medical device or healthcare sales track record
• Strong clinical environment knowledge and ability to communicate complex product information
• Experience building and managing key customer relationships with clinical and administrative decision-makers
• Proficiency with Salesforce, forecasting tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to travel over 50% and maintain valid driver's license for territory coverage
• Strong organizational, communication, and independent collaboration skills
