Utilize and expand your expertise in Speech-Language Pathology as you support both students and staff throughout the school.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Texas SLP license required
• CCC-SLP or eligibility in Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) welcomed
• Experience in pediatric speech therapy within school environments strongly preferred
• Previous supervision of an SLPA is desirable, or willingness to mentor
• Strong communication, collaboration, and record-keeping skills

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy services to a diverse caseload of students
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor student progress
• Oversee and provide guidance to an SLPA, ensuring quality of care and professional growth
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to foster student success
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with federal, state, and district guidelines
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
