Job Opportunity: PICU Registered Nurse
Our organization is in search of a skilled PICU Registered Nurse to provide high-level pediatric care at a prominent hospital in Boston. This position involves delivering evidence-based and family-centered care to critically ill children, overseeing intricate ventilator and infusion therapies, and adapting to rapid changes in patient conditions.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive care to critically ill pediatric patients.
- Manage complex ventilator and infusion therapies.
- Respond promptly to fluctuations in patient status.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.
- Document patient information accurately in electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
- Support and educate families, advocating for their needs.
- Current RN license with specialization in Pediatric Intensive Care.
- Experience in high-acuity pediatric nursing.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
