What We Offer To Our Maintenance Technicians Pay: $24-27/hour (pay specific to 3Sixty Flats property) On-call pay: $150/week (calls or no calls) Additional $150 per holiday on-call Quarterly bonus: Up to $980 based on property and team performance PTO, paid holidays, birthday time off 401(k) with company match Employee Assistance Program Referral program Maintenance Technician - EPA Certified Schedule Full-time: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm (40 hours/week) Participation in a rotating emergency on-call schedule with the team What You’ll Be Doing as a Maintenance Technician Complete work orders in occupied and vacant apartments Assist with apartment turns and make-readies Troubleshoot, repair and install HVAC systems, electrical components, plumbing fixtures, appliances, and carpentry items Help maintain the overall appearance of the community, including grounds, amenities, and pool areas Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to keep the property running smoothly What We’re Looking For In A Maintenance Technician At least 3 years of apartment or residential maintenance experience EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) Hands-on experience troubleshooting, repairing, and installing HVAC systems Experience diagnosing and repairing appliances, plumbing, and electrical systems Strong customer service mindset and pride in your work Ability to independently troubleshoot complex maintenance issues and complete repairs safely and efficiently A reliable team player Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and prioritizing tasks Physical & Technical Requirements Reliable transportation Comfortable using computers and mobile devices (Outlook, work order systems, etc.) Ability to drive a golf cart Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work indoors/outdoors year-round Ability to climb stairs and ladders Experience using hand and power tools Background check required We own and manage our communities, which means: Consistent standards Supportive leadership Real opportunities for advancement Many of our team members grow their careers here—and we actively support that growth. * sign on bonus details to be discussed during the interview process.
