Job Type Full-time Pay: $1,000.00 per week [$52,000 - $150,000 per year] Workplace Location In-Office/On Site Full Job Description: FSA Insurance Agency is looking for charismatic and detail-oriented Commercial Line Insurance Agents to join our growing team! We offer salary, along with commission for every sale closed, along with additional bonus opportunities. License/Certification: Insurance Producer License - Commercial Lines (preferred) Ideal Candidate: An individual that has solid experience in customer service, call center, sales, or related experience. Someone who understands how to listen to a clients needs with patience and who can present products and answer questions that meet those needs clearly and efficiently. An individual who is positive, passionate, and productive. Comfortable with technology and utilizing multiple screens and programs. Responsibilities: Trained and reports directly to the Sales Team Lead. Your Sales Team Lead will closely train you in the first few weeks and be available there-after for support. There will be meetings regularly to review sales accomplishments and challenges. Sell Commercial Lines via inbound calls (no cold calling, ever!). Stay productive by taking outbound leads throughout the day and making time for follow-ups and callbacks. Maintain all compliance requirements of sales call and follow recommendations from call audits.
