Hilo Operator
Location: Chesterfield, MI Shift: 1st Shift (6:00 AM – 4:30 PM) Pay: $17.50/hour
Entech Staffing is looking for a reliable and skilled Hilo Operator to join our growing shipping team in Chesterfield. If you are a safety-conscious driver with a sharp eye for detail and a strong work ethic, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities
Safe Operation: Efficiently operate a Hilo/Forklift to transport materials throughout the warehouse.
Logistics Support: Load and unload trucks and trailers with precision.
Inventory Accuracy: Use hand scanners to track inventory and verify product counts against shipping documents.
Site Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Compliance: Strictly follow all company safety procedures and OSHA regulations.
Required Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of Hilo/Forklift operating experience.
Tech Savvy: Proficient with computers and hand-held scanning technology.
Reliability: Must be available for overtime as required.
Physical Stamina: Ability to lift and move heavy objects and stay active throughout the shift.
Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
