What You'll Do Accounts Payable –50% or More of the Role Process approximately 50–60 invoices per week. Review invoice coding for accuracy and route invoices through the appropriate approval process. Manage corporate credit card transactions and expense coding using Ramp. Maintain accurate vendor records and documentation, including certificates of insurance. Help ensure invoices are processed accurately and payments are made in a timely manner. Month-End Close & Accounting Support Assist with month‑end close activities and prepare assigned schedules. Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies as needed. Support general accounting activities and help maintain accurate financial records. Assist with additional accounting projects and responsibilities as assigned. What We're Looking For Prior Accounts Payable experience, ideally with a strong understanding of invoice processing, expense coding, and account reconciliations. Non-Profit industry experience is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. The ability to manage recurring deadlines while maintaining accuracy. Comfort using accounting systems and technology, including expense management platforms;experience with Ramp is a plus.
