CNC Machinist

Responsibilities

• Program, set up, and operate CNC milling and turning machines.
• Perform machine setups, load parts, adjust offsets, make simple program edits, and operate CNC equipment.
• Inspect in-process and finished parts to ensure they meet blueprint specifications and quality standards.
• Run multiple CNC machines as production demands require.
• Perform basic machine maintenance, including checking oils and coolant levels.
• Report equipment malfunctions and maintain a safe, organized work area.
• Follow all standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of CNC machining or CNC operating experience (aerospace manufacturing preferred).
• Experience with CNC equipment such as:
• Mills: Mazak, OKK, Niigata
• Lathes: Mazak, Puma
• Ability to read blueprints, engineering drawings, and work specifications.
• Experience holding tight tolerances of ±.0005.
• Ability to load tooling, replace inserts, and adjust machine offsets.
• Proficient with precision measuring instruments including micrometers, height gauges, and calipers.
• Deburring experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to pass a preemployment screening

Shift: 1st Shift | Monday-Friday 7 am to 5:30 pm with OT as needed

Pay: $22-$28 (Based on Experience) | Overtime Available
