Interventional Radiology Technologist - Cardiac Cath Lab (Full-Time / Day Shift)

Role Overview The Interventional Neuro/Angio Technologist assists Neuro-interventionalists, Cardiologists, and Radiologists in diagnostic and interventional procedures within Interventional Radiology and the Cath lab. Responsibilities include scrubbing, circulating, and monitoring during invasive neurovascular and radiology procedures, such as angiograms, aneurysm coiling, carotid stenting, thrombectomy, and other complex neurointerventional and vascular treatments. The role requires multitasking, organization, and delivering compassionate, high-quality patient care. Role Overview The Interventional Neuro/Angio Technologist assists Neuro-interventionalists, Cardiologists, and Radiologists in diagnostic and interventional procedures within Interventional Radiology and the Cath lab. Responsibilities include scrubbing, circulating, and monitoring during invasive neurovascular and radiology procedures, such as angiograms, aneurysm coiling, carotid stenting, thrombectomy, and other complex neurointerventional and vascular treatments. The role requires multitasking, organization, and delivering compassionate, high-quality patient care. Key Duties Support invasive procedures in a 6-room procedural area operating Monday-Friday with 10-hour shifts. Provide patient monitoring and assist during complex neurovascular and vascular interventions. Participate in after-hours and weekend call coverage for urgent cases. Qualifications & Skills AA/BA/BS degree in Radiology or Cardiovascular Technology from an accredited program. Current ARRT or RCIS certification and State licensure; registry eligibility requires registration within 90 days. CPR and ACLS certifications required. Preferably, two years of related clinical experience, including cardiac cath lab, interventional radiology, or electrophysiology. Bi-annual CME credits and mandatory AIDS education.
