Job Title: Forklift Operator / Injection Molding Machine Trainee / Bilingual English-Spanish (2nd Shift)

Location: Middlesex, NJ

Pay Rate: $20–$22/hr (Based on experience)

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 11:00 AM–7:00 PM (Hours available up to 32-40 hours/week depending on production needs)

Job Type: Temp-to-Hire / Long-Term Opportunity

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dependable Forklift Operator to join our 2nd shift manufacturing team. This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone with forklift experience who is interested in learning injection molding machine operations. The selected candidate will receive training and develop skills to support production, operate equipment, and grow within a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a forklift to transport raw materials, finished products, and supplies
• Load and unload materials as needed
• Deliver materials to production areas to support machine operations
• Learn to operate and assist with injection molding machines
• Monitor equipment performance and report any issues to supervisors
• Perform basic quality checks on molded products
• Follow safety guidelines and production procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist with general production duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous forklift experience required
• Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred
• Injection molding or machine operation experience is a plus
• Strong willingness to learn and advance in a manufacturing role
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Ability to lift and move materials as required
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing/production environment
