How you’ll make an impact in this role

• Lead the delivery of compassionate, direct nursing care by adhering to clinical best practices that ensure patient safety and clinical excellence.

• Coordinate multidisciplinary care teams to serve as the primary advocate for the patient, ensuring a seamless and holistic treatment experience.

• Monitor and communicate real-time changes in patient conditions to the broader medical team to facilitate rapid, proactive care adjustments.

• Execute physician and nursing orders with precision to drive the successful implementation of personalized recovery plans.

• Partner with the healthcare team to assess and prepare patient discharge strategies, ensuring a smooth and supported transition from hospital to home.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing OR current home state license if considered multi-state/Compact State.

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire required.
