What You’ll Do Lead, coach, and develop front- and back-of-house team members Ensure exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns quickly Oversee daily operations, cleanliness, safety, and operational standards Manage scheduling, staffing, and team performance Monitor sales, control costs, and support profitability goals Assist with marketing initiatives, events, and community engagement What We’re Looking For Restaurant or hospitality management experience preferred Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Passion for hospitality, sports, and guest satisfaction Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Financial and operational management experience a plus Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays Why Join Us?
