About the Role:
Better Health Home Care Services Inc. is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or PCA to join our growing team in Riverdale, GA. • Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• Monitor and record patient vital signs, health changes, and progress and report to supervising nursing staff
• Provide mobility assistance, including transferring and positioning patients safely
• Support patients with meal preparation, feeding, and nutritional needs
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients in their homes
• Offer companionship and emotional support to patients and their families
• Follow individualized care plans and adhere to all home care protocols and procedures

Requirements:

• Active and valid CNA or PCA certification in the state of Georgia
• Prior experience in home care, long-term care, or a clinical setting preferred
• Strong knowledge of patient care techniques and safety procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to patient homes in the Riverdale, GA area
• Compassionate, patient, and professional demeanor
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
