Admissions Coordinator
CDL schools LLC
Description Camp Pendleton & Surrounding Area Help Service Members Build Their Next Career — While Building Yours. Troops Into Transportation, powered by The CDL School, is growing. We’re looking for hungry, ambitious, people-oriented professionals to join our Admissions team serving the Camp Pendleton military community. Every day, our team helps transitioning service members, veterans, and military families take the next step toward a civilian career in transportation. You’ll often be one of their first conversations — helping turn interest and uncertainty into a clear path forward. You don’t need years of admissions experience. You do need energy, initiative, confidence, and the desire to grow. What You’ll Do This isn’t simply an administrative position. You’ll be on the front line of our admissions effort: Connect with prospective students by phone, text, online, and in person — understand what they want to accomplish and help them take the next step. Follow up consistently, set appointments, and support prospective students as they move from initial interest toward enrollment. Work alongside our Admissions Advisors to deliver a professional, responsive student experience. Own the details — keep applications, documentation, appointments, and student information accurate and moving. Learn the business, produce results, and take on greater responsibility as you demonstrate what you can do. Start Here. Earn Your Next Opportunity. We aren’t simply looking to fill a coordinator seat. We’re looking for people who can become our next Admissions Advisors. The Coordinator position gives you an opportunity to learn our programs, understand our students, develop your admissions skills, and demonstrate that you can perform. High-performing Coordinators may be considered for advancement to Admissions Advisor after successfully completing their introductory/probationary period , based on performance and business needs. If you’re looking for a position where initiative and results can create opportunity, you’ll understand what we’re building. Who We’re Looking For Experience in admissions, recruiting, sales, customer service, hospitality, education, or a call-center environment is helpful — but potential matters too. We’re particularly interested in people who: Are confident talking with people and aren’t afraid to pick up the phone. Follow through and don’t need to be chased. Are organized, dependable, and comfortable being accountable for results. Learn quickly and want greater responsibility. Bring positive energy and a competitive desire to succeed. Want a career opportunity, not simply another job. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with basic computer proficiency and the ability to learn CRM and web-based systems. Military experience or affiliation is welcomed, but not required. Why Troops Into Transportation? Because this work has a mission. For more than a decade, Troops Into Transportation has helped members of the military community translate their service, discipline, and experience into new opportunities in the civilian workforce. Now we’re looking for people who want to help carry that mission forward. You’ll have the opportunity to help someone else begin their next chapter — while proving you’re ready for yours. Ready? If you’re ambitious, good with people, willing to work, and looking for an opportunity to prove what you can do, we’d like to meet you. Requirements Required High school diploma or equivalent Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional and confident telephone presence Strong customer-service orientation Good organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on commitments Comfortable working with computers, web-based systems, and CRM platforms Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Ability and willingness to learn new systems and processes Dependable, positive, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment Helpful — but not required Military experience or affiliation. Experience in admissions, recruiting, sales, customer service, call centers, education, hospitality, administrative support, or other customer-facing positions can be valuable. Just as importantly, we’re interested in candidates who may not have traditional admissions experience but have the drive, communication ability, and professionalism to learn the business and grow into greater responsibility #J-18808-Ljbffr CDL schools LLC
