Humana s CenterWell Senior Primary Care Centers are experiencing tremendous growth and are seeking physicians our senior outpatient care centers.

A few perks:

10-12 patients daily on average
More time with patients
M-F 8:00 5:00 outpatient schedule Home in time for dinner
Quality over quantity seeing 12 to 15 patients daily (500 - 600 panel)
Care Team supporting social determinates addressing needs outside of the exam room, including food insecurity, social isolation and transportation issues
Outstanding year of membership growth
Continued Increased Net Promoter Score
