ResponsibilitiesSPA is looking for a Systems Engineer/Outreach with Space Domain experience in Chantilly, VA to support a very dynamic and innovative space program office. In this position, you will provide technical support, coaching and mentoring Government points of contact (GPOCs) relative to ongoing capability development activities happening across diverse geographically located contractor facilities. You will be coordinating multiple scopes of work such as major program reviews and Space Vehicle Pre-Ship Review (PSR).This role requires knowledge of intelligence processes and plans, excellent communication and collaboration skills, the ability to create unique work products, while having the ability to be strategically proactive. Will directly support the GPOC overseeing Outreach Communication providing critical insight into the prime contractor's execution of Strategic IC Communication.QualificationsRequired Qualifications:US Citizenship with TS/SCI + Poly clearance at date of applicationPlease discuss specific polygraph requirements with an SPA Talent Acquisition professionalBachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field and 9 years of experience or a Masters and 4 years of experienceFamiliarity with DoW/IC acquistion lifecycle, programming, and SOW complianceStrong organizational and communication skills within high pressure environmentsExperience in reviewing installation/test procedures, monitoring execution, identifying risks, discrepancy resolution, and on-site supportAbility to report to designated work location in Chantilly, up to full time, based on the needs of the customerDesired Qualifications: INCOSE, ESEP or CSEPExperience using systems engineering processes, methods, tools, and program roles to develop, implement, and deploy solutions for Satellite SystemsThorough understanding of space systems design, integration and test requirements and test execution, including test equipment supportPay Range InformationAt SPA, we strive to deliver a robust total compensation package that will attract and retain top talent.
