We are seeking a diligent and efficient Contract Busser/Bus Person to join our team in Richmond, VA. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include clearing tables, setting up dining areas, assisting servers, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clear and reset tables efficiently and courteously
• Assist servers with delivering food and beverages
• Maintain cleanliness in the dining and serving areas
• Refill water glasses and replenish bread and butter as needed
• Ensure dining areas are set up according to restaurant standards
• Assist with stocking and organizing supplies
• Provide excellent customer service to enhance guest experience

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a similar role preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
