You will:Deliver direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process—Assessment, Planning, Intervention, and EvaluationCollaborate closely with patients, families, and our interdisciplinary care team to create personalized care plansMonitor and communicate changes in patient conditions to physicians, supervisors, and colleaguesPlay a key role in the discharge planning process to support safe, successful transitionsYour skills, compassion, and critical thinking will help patients achieve greater independence, strength, and quality of life.What we offer:401(k) matchingProfessional development and growth opportunitiesQualifications and requirements:Graduation from an accredited Bachelors of Science in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program.Current state licensure as Registered Nurse.Additional requirements include:CPR/BCLS certification.
