We have leadership roles available from Entry level through Service Center Manager. These entry level leadership roles are always active. You will be responsible for assisting with the daily operations of opening and closing the service center, providing superior service to customers, and be an expert in the products and services we offer. The tools we'll need from you include a positive attitude and willingness to learn and work as part of a customer-focused team. At least 6 months automotive experience and/or one year of retail shift leader/key holder experience may qualify you for Assistant Manager. 2 years managerial/supervisory experience in the quick lube/automotive business is required qualify for Service Center Manager.

The tools we'll provide to you include paid on-the-job training, no late evenings most locations close by 7pm, competitive pay set at $22.25 - $28.50 per hour. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns or questions, performing oil changes, filter replacements, and lubrication services for vehicles, inspecting vehicles for any potential issues or areas that require attention, conducting basic maintenance tasks such as tire rotations and fluid level checks, basic computer knowledge/aptitude, keeping track of inventory and ensuring all supplies are readily available, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and following safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements include attention to detail and ability to follow instructions, excellent problem-solving skills, strong customer service and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks, able to learn and follow the VIOC SuperPro process for all services, achieve SuperPro certification, and must have reliable transportation.

Essential functions include inspecting and replacing car lights and wipers, checking fluid levels and adding fluids to vehicle when necessary, inspecting/replacing engine air filter and cabin air filter, adding oil to engine in the proper amount based on specifications of vehicle make/model, able to remove/rotate/lift/reinstall tires for tire rotation service, lubricate necessary components of the chassis/driveline, perform additional services on cooling systems and transmissions, perform second checks by visually verifying and performing proper callouts to ensure all necessary services have been performed correctly, able to move from bay to bay to perform services on multiple vehicles, frequently ascends/descends stairs/catwalks/stepstools to retrieve vehicle parts (filters, wipers, etc.) or perform services top side or underneath the vehicle (drain oil, replace filter, differential services, lubrication), able to work for extended periods of time with arms above your head when performing services underneath the vehicle on a catwalk, constantly positions self to perform required services under the hood, related to tires, or on catwalk working underneath the vehicle, able to move/transport items up to approximately 50 pounds, able to work with tools to perform duties in tight sometimes hard to reach areas, and communicate verbally and receive verbal communication to ensure services are performed accurately, safely and in the proper order.

Environment includes being subject to environmental conditions. Activities occur inside and outside and in varying temperature conditions, subject to noise. There is sufficient noise to cause the worker to shout in order to be heard above ambient noise level, subject to hazards. Includes a variety of conditions including but not limited to proximity to moving mechanical parts, moving vehicles, electrical current, exposure to high heat, and exposure to chemicals, subject to atmospheric conditions. One or more of the following conditions that may affect the respiratory system or skin: fumes, odors, dust, mists, gases, restricted ventilation, and required to function in narrow aisles or passageways such as catwalks.
