Position: Climate Specialist

Classification: Administrative Support

Location: Charles Hackley Middle School

Reports to: Building Principal

Deadline to Apply: August 18, 2026 or until filled

Position Available: 26/27 Academic Year

Requirements:

Associate's degree or min of 60 college credits
Experience in working with at-risk youth in an urban, multicultural community
Experience with customer service or interpersonal services
Criminal History background check
Pre-employment physical may be required

Preferred:

Bachelor's degree or higher in education or human services
Multiple years of experience working with at-risk students in a school setting
