Precision Door Service is looking for a driven and experienced General Manager to lead our Service, Sales, and Warehouse operations in Menomonee Falls, WI. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a fast-paced, customer-focused business and make a real impact across multiple departments. If you're a natural leader who thrives on building teams and driving results, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations across service, sales, and warehouse departments to ensure efficiency and performance
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of service technicians, sales staff, and warehouse personnel
- Drive revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives and exceptional customer service
- Monitor KPIs, budgets, and operational metrics to meet and exceed business goals
- Manage inventory, logistics, and warehouse organization to support field operations
- Ensure high customer satisfaction by maintaining quality standards and resolving escalated issues
- Recruit, hire, and train staff while fostering a positive and accountable team culture
- 3–5+ years of management experience in service, sales, or operations leadership
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing P&L responsibilities
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing multi-functional teams
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
- Experience in home services, construction, or a related trade industry is a plus
- Proficiency with business management software and reporting tools
- Valid driver's license and ability to work on-site in Menomonee Falls, WI
