Bilingual Aesthetic Surgery Sales Consultant (English/Spanish) – Full Time (Beverly Hills, CA)

Dermaclinic is a medical aesthetics company with more than 10 years of experience and six locations across the U.S.: Miami, New York, Houston, Phoenix, Las Vegas, and Los Angeles. We are hiring for our Los Angeles clinic in Beverly Hills, where we offer a full range of aesthetic surgery procedures under both local and general anesthesia.

The Role
We are looking for a results-driven, bilingual Sales Consultant to guide prospective patients from first inquiry to booked procedure. You will manage a high volume of leads and conduct in-person consultations at our clinic.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of inbound leads through our CRM (calls, texts, emails, and messages)
• Follow up quickly and consistently with every lead
• Conduct in-person consultations with prospective patients in English and Spanish
• Explain procedures, pricing, and financing options clearly and ethically
• Close sales and schedule procedures
• Keep accurate records of every interaction in the CRM
• Meet monthly sales and conversion goals

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written) – required
• At least 2 years of proven experience in a similar sales role (aesthetic surgery, med spa, cosmetic procedures, or other high-ticket sales)
• Verifiable sales results
• Strong experience using a CRM
• Confident and professional in face-to-face consultations
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills
• Organized, able to handle many leads at once

Compensation

• Total annual compensation: $90,000 – $120,000 (fixed pay + commissions + performance bonuses)
• One week of paid vacation per year

Schedule: Full time
