Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to serve our clients from your home environment while maintaining a structured workweek. Your standard working hours will typically be Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm. There may be occasional evening or weekend hours required to accommodate client needs and ensure we provide timely support when it matters most.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for seniors, addressing issues related to mental health, addiction, and aging.

• Utilize evidence-based practices and screening tools as recommended by the clinical team to ensure optimal client outcomes.

• Provide high-quality documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes that comply with regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement positive behavior support plans that cater specifically to the individual needs of each client.

• Engage in regular consultation and participate in ongoing training to stay current with the latest practices in geriatric mental health.

• Build and maintain relationships with local and state agencies, ensuring a strong referral network and support system for our clients.

• Act as a liaison to relevant community partners, enhancing the clinic’s outreach and engagement efforts.

• Participate actively in licensing, accreditation, and clinical governance initiatives, promoting a culture of compliance and excellence.

• Support the agency's mission and values through involvement in community outreach and educational programs aimed at raising awareness of mental health in the geriatric population.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director, ensuring alignment with the organizational goals.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution or university.

• Avalid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) certification is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers an impressive annual salary range of USD 70,000 to 95,000, commensurate with experience and skills.
