Summary: The Site Manager is a member of the Field Operations team, leading safe and efficient operations at a customer site. Job Description: Operational Excellence Provide feedback to the Regional Manager and Regional Director. Monitor performance metrics, develop process improvements, and resolve issues that impact service levels. Ensure equipment is in good working conditions and coordinate repairs with vendors. People Development Ensure employees are held accountable for their safety standards and resolve maintenance issues. Train and manage drivers and site-level staff. Lead recruitment, hiring, team building, and mentoring of drivers and site-level staff. Customer & Vendor Relations Attend customer meetings and build relationships with that customer. Coordinate logistics activities with internal/external customers. Ensure that all employees provide the highest level of service.
