OverviewWe are seeking an Application Solutions Analyst Senior to join our team at UnityPoint Health! This position specifically focuses on Epic HIM applications along with Solventum coding, Nuance DMO, and plays a critical role in ensuring that applications are effectively evaluated, implemented, maintained, optimized, and decommissioned. The Senior Analyst will forge partnerships with customers to determine needs, understand application capabilities, and complete workflow analysis, design and documentation.Applicants can expect to be responsible for architecture design and process workflow design/review of enterprise applications in their domain and the associated implementation and optimization designs. This role works collaboratively with operational stakeholders, portfolio leadership, informatics, Applications Solutions Architects, project management and Managed Service Providers to ensure alignment with organizational and business needs.We are looking for candidates that have a deep understanding of Epic HIM application workflows, standards, and capabilities and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to achieve the organization's goals.
