Cardiac Cath Lab - Travel Registered Nurse

Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 24 months of Cardiac Cath Lab experience worked in the last 12 months.

• Experience with Cerner is preferred.

• 12 months of acute care experience.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Arizona license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <60 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• No current placement allowed at Program: HealthTrust Program - LifePoint Health.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: - Scrub experience required. - IR experience required. - Diagnostic and interventional procedures.

Preferred Skills/Experience: - Manifold, IVUS, FFR, IVL, Impella, IABP, and pre/post unit experience preferred.

Unit Details: - Role includes RN and scrub tech responsibilities. - Occasional IR procedures include vascular embolization, ports, vascular stenting, and nephrostomy tubes. - Cath lab staff covers cath, stress testing, TEE, and tilt. - Uses GE for fluoro and Change for hemodynamics. - Adult patient population. - Common diagnosis/treatment: CAD.

Shift & Scheduling: - Weekend on-call. - Call requirements: >12 days.

Floating Requirements: - Float to IR on occasion.

14 days maximum time off

1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 2 years

Driver’s license required

Certifications:

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)

• RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) or the alternative certification RRT

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
