Warehouse Associate / Freight Handler 1st shift

Warehouse Associate

Humano is currently seeking warehouse associates in the Burlington, NJ area for warehouse tasks. This position involves manual unloading containers of product and palletizing them in the warehouse, requiring the ability to lift 20-50lbs regularly.

Shift - Mon-Fri 6:00am-2:30pm (or until work is finished)

Qualifications

Ability to lift 20-50 pounds regularly
Prior experience in a warehouse or similar environment is a plus
Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work effectively in a team setting
Must live locally to the Burlington, NJ area

Responsibilities

Unload freight manually in teams as part of daily operations
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment
Work efficiently to maximize earnings
Embrace a flexible schedule and be open to overtime opportunities

Benefits

Starting pay of $18.00-$25.00 per hour
Pay is based on weekly productivity metrics set by the client. While you'd never earn less than $18/hour, we expect the average unloader to be earning at a $24/hour rate.
Incentive bonus pay based on performance
