Release Train Engineer

Leidos is looking for a Release Train Engineer (RTE) to lead and facilitate Agile Release Train (ART) processes for multiple projects and teams on the Task Order. The successful candidate will help configure the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) to the Task Order’s needs, standardizing and documenting practices to ensure valued delivery to the customer.Primary ResponsibilitiesEstablish and communicate calendars for program increments (PI)Facilitate PI planning readiness by bringing together the vision, roadmap and backlogs through pre and post PI planning eventsLead and facilitate PI planning eventsAssist in tracking the execution of features and capabilitiesHelp manage risks and dependenciesProvide input on resourcing to address critical bottlenecksAssist with decision-making by facilitating feature and capability estimation by teamsWork collaboratively with Product Owners, Task Order Management, and other stakeholders to help ensure strategy and execution alignmentDemonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills with customer and team interactionsBasic QualificationsBachelor's degree and 12 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree and 10 years of relevant experience. Additional relevant experience may be substituted for a degree.Active Top Secret clearance required with the ability to obtain SCI access prior to Day One. U.S. Citizenship is required.Ability to obtain and maintain a Polygraph post hire.
