Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our growing team in Albany, NY. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing top-tier service. You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication, timely resolutions, and a positive experience from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and accuracy.
- Provide information, guidance, and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Process orders, track requests, and manage account documentation efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve client issues promptly.
- Maintain client records and ensure data accuracy within the company systems.
- Identify opportunities to enhance service processes and client retention.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, client relations, or administrative support (13 years preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
