We’re partnering with a top-tier, mid-sized accounting firm to find a Tax Manager with private fund experience. This is a chance to work with hedge funds, private equity, real estate, and fund-of-funds clients while leading teams and delivering strategic tax solutions. Responsibilities Lead tax compliance and advisory for private fund clients. Review partnership and corporate tax returns, advise on fund structuring, allocations, and incentive arrangements. Serve as primary client contact and mentor staff. Identify tax planning opportunities and implement strategies. Qualifications Bachelor’s in Accounting; CPA preferred. 5+ years public accounting experience with private fund focus. #J-18808-Ljbffr Navigate Search
