Farmers Insurance is seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial individual in Enid to join our team. This includes a structured and bonused opportunity designed for professional growth within the insurance industry. In this role, youll work alongside an experienced agent and receive hands-on training while progressing through key milestones that support long-term career development within the Farmers network.

Mon-Fri Schedule

Develop relationships with clients and prospects to provide insurance solutions

Generate new business through referrals, networking, and prospecting

Quote and sell insurance products including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial coverage

Assist with policy reviews and customer service to maintain strong client relationships

Learn the operational and leadership aspects of running an insurance agency

Work closely with an experienced agency owner for training and mentorship

Build a strong foundation for future agency ownership

Must be able to successfully pass a background check

Must obtain an Oklahoma Property & Casualty Insurance License

Must obtain an Oklahoma Life & Health Insurance License

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Self-motivated with a professional and entrepreneurial mindset

Ability to work in a goal-oriented, performance-driven environment

Desire to develop sales, leadership, and business management skills
