???? Jackson Metropolitan Area (Jackson, Ridgeland, Madison, Brandon)

Are you a compassionate, dependable caregiver looking for consistent hours and immediate work ? We have 12-hour shifts available 7 days per week for both Medicaid and Private Pay clients in the Jackson metro area.

Position Overview

We are currently staffing high-need cases requiring dedicated caregivers who are comfortable providing total care and hands-on assistance. This is a great opportunity for caregivers who want:

✅ Cases across the Jackson metro area

Care Responsibilities May Include:

• Total personal care assistance
• Bed baths and grooming support
• Incontinence care
• Safe manual lifting and transfers
• Meal preparation
• Medication reminders
• Light housekeeping

(Some cases require hands-on lifting. Mechanical lift approval pending on select cases.)

Requirements – Documents Must Be Ready & Current

To be considered for immediate placement, please make sure the following documents are valid, up to date, and recently completed :

• Valid Driver’s License
• Updated CV/Resume
• Current TB Test
• CNA or PCA Certificate
• CPR/First Aid Certificate
• Work & Personal References
• Background Check / Fingerprinting
• PCA Training Certificate from Arc of MS (Optional but a plus)

Applicants with complete and ready documentation will be prioritized for interviews and placement.

We’re Looking For Caregivers Who:

• Have experience with total care or bedridden clients
• Are physically capable of assisting with transfers
• Are dependable and punctual
• Have a heart for serving others
• Can commit to consistent scheduling

CNA, PCA, and experienced caregivers are encouraged to apply.

Available Schedules:

• 12-hour day shifts
• Weekend shifts available
• Permanent and long-term cases
• Opportunities with both Medicaid and Private clients
