As a Retail Team Member, youll play a key role in spreading the joy of our premium chocolates, fudge, ice cream, and waffle cones. What Youll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service with a smile, answering questions and offering sales suggestions.
• Operate the point of sale system (cash register) accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare and serve delicious Kilwins products, including chocolates, fudge, and ice cream.
• Craft and serve fresh waffle cones.
• Keep the store clean and organized, following health and safety standards.
• Help create attractive product displays according to Kilwins brand standards.
• Participate in general opening and closing procedures.
• Answer the phone and take orders with a positive attitude.
• Always uphold the values and culture of the Kilwins brand.

• Previous retail experience is required.

• Available to work on Friday, Saturday and Sunday - required

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods.
