Job Description
As a Production Assembler, you’ll be part of the team manufacturing high-quality sealing products. You’ll handle materials, operate production equipment, and assemble components with attention to detail and safety. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and offers steady, long-term potential.

Responsibilities:

• Operate basic hand tools and production machinery
• Assemble and inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met
• Follow written instructions and safety guidelines
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Previous manufacturing, assembly, or hands-on work experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime if needed

The base pay range for this position is $16.25, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
