The role involves sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. The successful candidate will use their experience and judgment to fulfill hiring goals. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected in this role.Key Responsibilities* Recruit, interview, and check references for potential candidates.* Extend employment offers and conduct orientation for new employees.* Perform exit interviews and process changes in employee status.* Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.* Perform a variety of tasks related to recruitment.* May lead and direct the work of other recruiting staff.Required Qualifications**Education:** A bachelor's degree in a related area may be required.**Experience:** This role requires 5-8 years of experience in recruiting or a related field.**Technical Skills:** Candidates must be familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. *Everforth Apex is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe.
