Assignment Details Specialty: Physical Therapist Discipline: Therapy Start Date: 07/20/2026 Duration: 13 weeks Hours: 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Location: Freehold, NJ Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Job Description The Physical Therapist will provide comprehensive outpatient rehabilitation services to patients requiring physical therapy. The therapist will work with a diverse patient population, including adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics in a clinical setting. Responsibilities Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, and post-operative conditions. Develop individualized treatment plans and deliver interventions to optimize patient outcomes. Conduct follow-up assessments and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Provide education to patients and families regarding home exercise programs and rehabilitation. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Active or pending New Jersey Physical Therapy license or NJ Compact Privilege at the time of submission. BLS certification required. Minimum of 2 years of experience in an outpatient rehabilitation setting. Experience with EPIC charting system is mandatory.
