What We NeedCorpay is currently looking to hire a Senior Project Management Implementations within our Corpay Payables division. This position falls under our Commercial Card Implementations line of business and is located in Brentwood, Tennessee. You will work directly with enterprise customers and regularly collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve implementation challenges, manage project requirements, and deliver successful customer outcomes.You will report directly to the Senior Director and regularly collaborate with Commercial Card, Implementation, Product, Sales, and other cross-functional teams supporting customer implementations.How We WorkAs a Senior Project Management - Implementations, Corpay will set you up for success by providing:Assigned workspace in our Brentwood, Tennessee office.Company-issued equipmentFormal, hands-on trainingRole ResponsibilitiesThe responsibilities of the role will include:Leading complex customer implementations across Virtual Card, Multi-Card, and Expense products from initiation through successful launchManaging enterprise customer implementations while providing a consultative and high-touch customer experienceServing as a primary implementation point of contact for customers and key internal stakeholdersDeveloping and maintaining project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and action itemsLeading customer meetings, implementation discussions, project status updates, and other implementation-related communicationsBuilding trusted relationships with enterprise customers and providing consultative support throughout the implementation lifecycleAdapting project plans and implementation approaches as customer requirements, priorities, and circumstances changeOperating effectively in complex or ambiguous situations where solutions may not be explicitly documented or covered by an established processIdentifying project risks, issues, dependencies, and unanswered questions and proactively driving them toward resolutionDetermining when additional research, internal expertise, or escalation is required and engaging the appropriate resourcesDocumenting clear meeting notes, decisions, owners, next steps, and action itemsFollowing through on commitments and ensuring outstanding action items are driven to completionManaging multiple projects, customers, stakeholders, priorities, and deadlines simultaneouslyNavigating complex or challenging customer conversations while maintaining strong relationships and forward project momentumPartnering cross-functionally with internal teams to resolve implementation challenges and support successful customer outcomesLearning Commercial Card products, processes, and implementation requirements and developing into a trusted Subject Matter ExpertIdentifying opportunities to improve implementation processes and enhance the overall customer experienceQualifications & SkillsBachelor's degree required4+ years of experience in project management, implementation management, client implementation, or related experience preferredDemonstrated experience managing customer or client implementations from initiation through completionDemonstrated experience working directly with external customers in a client-facing environmentExperience managing complex or enterprise-level customer relationships and stakeholdersStrong project planning, organization, prioritization, and time-management skillsDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneouslyStrong customer-facing communication, presentation, and meeting facilitation skillsDemonstrated ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, changing, or complex environmentsStrong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to determine appropriate next steps without relying solely on prescribed processesStrong follow-up, documentation, and action-item management skillsDemonstrated ability to take ownership of issues and drive them through resolutionAbility to build relationships and influence stakeholders across multiple levels and functionsDemonstrated learning agility, curiosity, and willingness to ask questions and seek additional information when neededAbility to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and recognize when escalation or additional expertise is requiredAbility to adapt established processes based on customer or project requirementsStrong attention to detail while maintaining focus on overall project objectives and customer outcomesCommercial Card, payments, FinTech, or financial services experience is preferred but not requiredExperience within SaaS, technology, healthcare, enterprise software, professional services, customer onboarding, or another complex implementation environment will also be considered#LI-Corpay#LI-AC1JobFamilyGeneralPayTypeSalaryEmploymentIndicatorEmployee
