Education & Employment Case Manager
Cocoon House
Cocoon House seeks an Education & Employment Case Manager to support at-risk and homeless youth in Snohomish County. In this role, you’ll provide trauma-informed case management focused on education and job readiness, developing individualized service plans that connect youth to school, training, and employment opportunities. You’ll coordinate with housing, outreach, and community partners, facilitate workshops on life and workforce skills, and track progress and outcomes. This position is ideal for someone passionate about youth empowerment, social justice, and building stable, independent futures for young people.
