Principal Project Manager

SAP America, Inc. seeks a Principal Project Manager at our Newtown Square, PA location to manage large scale, high risk, strategic projects that span organizational boundaries including multiple business units and service partners/vendors.

Responsibilities include establishing "trusted advisor" relationships with project executives and all relevant stakeholder groups, overseeing the installation and client acceptance of SAP and non-SAP software systems or system integration projects, and ensuring overall customer success and satisfaction.

The position requires up to 20% domestic travel to various and unanticipated client sites.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering, Information Technologies, Commerce or Business Administration or a related field of study and seven (7) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation. Alternatively, a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering, Information Technologies, Commerce or Business Administration or a related field of study and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.

Experience must include five (5) years involving each of the following: Microsoft Project (MPP); SAP Methodologies: Activate, Design Thinking, and Scrum & Agile; SAP Solution Manager; PMBOK (Process guidelines, best practices); SAP Technologies: FIORI Development and ABAP Programming; and SAP S/4 HANA. License/Certification required: PMI Certified Project Management Professional.

Compensation range: $213,824 - $272,720. Targeted combined range: $213,824 - $340,900.
