Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, including psychological evaluations and intake interviews.

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans that are aligned with clients’ goals and specific needs based on effective therapeutic methodologies.

• Facilitate evidence-based individual therapy sessions via teletherapy, employing solution-focused and cognitive-behavioral techniques to address a range of mental health challenges.

• Provide crisis intervention services as necessary, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients during emergencies.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, seminars, and training to remain informed about the latest trends and best practices in mental health care.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date client documentation while adhering to HIPAA regulations and standards set by Lyra Health Counseling Center.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and participate in case consultations to optimize client care and outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Education: A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is mandatory.

• Demonstrated excellence in communication and interpersonal skills, with an empathetic approach towards client interactions.

• Strong organizational and time management capabilities, enabling effective handling of a caseload.
\n
• A clear disciplinary record with no history of actions against provider licenses.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, previous experience in an online therapy setting, familiarity with telehealth platforms, and training in evidence-based therapeutic models are beneficial. Experience in multidisciplinary teamwork and crisis intervention will support your success in this role.
