Your first year as a therapist is the year you get to start applying everything you have learned and building the clinician you want to be. Finding the right place to do it really matters!   

At Woven Care, we are a pediatric outpatient practice dedicated to helping children and families thrive. We have built a new grad experience around what we know matters most: engaged support, daily mentorship, and a team that is invested in growing together.  

This is the next step in your clinical journey, and you won't be doing it alone. From day one you'll be surrounded by a team of PTs, PTAs and cross-disciplinary colleagues who love what they do and are genuinely excited to learn and grow alongside you.  

Onboarding is thoughtfully designed with dedicated supervision and mentorship woven in from the start, ramping your caseload and workload expectations gradually throughout your first year.   

Day to day, you can expect 30-60 minute one- to- one sessions to foster strong client and caregiver relationships and built in documentation time so your evenings and weekends are yours to recharge.  Teammates can expect a productivity of 75% of their day.

Your team is on site or readily available, meeting with you regularly in a way that is focused on your growth and where you are on your journey. From caseload questions to caregiver communication or documentation challenges, your support is by your side. Plus, with our multidisciplinary model, you'll have opportunities to collaborate with OT, Speech, and ABA to learn from other perspectives and grow your network. You'll never feel alone at Woven Care!     

Learning opportunities right from the start

We want to hire clinicians who never stop learning; that's why we've built a program that prioritizes professional growth and learning opportunities throughout your career. You'll have access to:  

• $250 CEU reimbursement , increasing up to $1,500 annually with tenure  

• Woven's Clinical Advancement Program , where eligible clinicians receive full funding for specialty certifications, including PTO, travel, and lodging  

Compensation

Your compensation will range from $29-30/hour with GUARANTEED pay regardless of cancelations! Plus, we have an annual productivity bonus of up to $9,000/year.   

Sign-on bonus

Up to $5,000. Whether you're moving from another area or just need some extra funds to start building up your materials, we want to help!

• Associate degree from an accredited PTA program 

• Colorado DORA PTA license, or eligible to obtain
