The Nature Conservancy

The Nature Conservancy in Virginia seeks a visionary Director of Philanthropy to lead a 13-person team and drive a multi-faceted fundraising program for the Chapter and global priorities. You will manage major gifts, planned giving, and donor stewardship while collaborating with volunteers and staff to advance conservation impact. As a member of the Virginia Leadership Team, you will shape fundraising strategy, build a culture of philanthropy, and recruit/retain top talent to achieve ambitious #J-18808-Ljbffr The Nature Conservancy
