Senior Accountant - Financial Reporting Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 + bonus Why This Opportunity Senior Accountant - Financial Reporting Stands Out: Broad cross‑functional collaboration (Finance, Legal, Tax, Treasury, HR) – expand beyond pure accounting Opportunity to own and enhance global financial reporting processes Strong mix of technical accounting, reporting, and process improvement work Exposure to both US GAAP and IFRS in a global environment Hands‑on involvement with external auditors and complex reporting initiatives Hybrid schedule (3 days in‑office) offering flexibility and balance Competitive compensation + bonus and strong benefits package, including immediate 401(k) vesting Tuition reimbursement and ongoing professional development support Key Responsibilities for the Senior Accountant - Financial Reporting: Support monthly and quarterly close, including consolidation and variance analysis Prepare external financial reporting packages and financial statements for stakeholders Lead technical accounting research and draft memos for new guidance Partner with external auditors and manage audit deliverables (PBCs, documentation) Support internal controls, SOD compliance, and PCI‑related activities Contribute to financial reporting process improvements and system optimization initiatives Qualifications for the Senior Accountant - Financial Reporting: 3-5+ years of financial reporting and/or public accounting experience Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance Strong knowledge of US GAAP CPA (or CPA‑track), MBA, or CMA preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
