The Director of Business Development (DBD) position at TPT Digital is an opportunity to join a rapidly growing full‑stack digital agency. Responsibilities Develop an effective understanding of the capabilities and competitive advantages of TPT Digital. Grow and develop a team of account executives. Conceptualize and deploy sales and networking strategies to maximize new business and engagement scope. Work closely with client‑service and production teams to ensure that all projects are handled appropriately with keen attention to detail and a focus on measurable success. Qualifications Minimum of 4 years in a client‑facing role or business development position, with at least 3 years of experience in digital marketing. Ability to work well in a fast‑paced entrepreneurial environment. Strong interpersonal skills. Self‑starter comfortable with a high degree of accountability. Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
