Senior Litigation AttorneyLocation: Seattle, Washington Schedule: Full-Time Salary: $200,000-$400,000 Employment Type: Direct HireLHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a nationally recognized plaintiff-side litigation firm that is seeking an experienced Senior Litigation Attorney to join its growing Seattle office. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned litigator who enjoys handling sophisticated, high-impact litigation while collaborating with an accomplished team of attorneys across multiple offices. This role focuses exclusively on plaintiff-side wage and hour class action litigation. The firm represents large groups of employees in complex matters against regional, national, and Fortune 500 companies. There are no billable hour requirements, allowing attorneys to focus on developing case strategy, litigating complex matters, and delivering exceptional results for clients.Responsibilities:Independently manage complex plaintiff-side wage and hour class action matters from inception through resolutionDevelop overall litigation strategy and lead all phases of complex litigationDraft and argue substantive motions in state and federal courtLead all aspects of discovery, including written discovery, document review, and discovery strategyTake and defend depositions, including key fact witnesses, corporate representatives, and expertsRepresent clients in hearings, mediations, settlement conferences, and oral argumentsWork closely with attorneys across multiple offices on complex, high-profile litigationEvaluate cases, identify legal risks and opportunities, and develop effective litigation strategiesQualifications:Active Washington Bar license required8+ years of civil litigation experienceSignificant experience managing complex litigation independently from inception through resolutionExtensive motion practice, discovery, deposition, and courtroom experienceStrong oral advocacy and persuasive legal writing skillsExperience handling high-exposure or complex commercial, employment, or class action litigationPrior experience with wage and hour class actions or other complex plaintiff-side litigation is highly preferredDemonstrated ability to manage multiple matters while maintaining exceptional attention to detailWhat They're Looking For The ideal candidate is:A confident, strategic litigator who can independently manage sophisticated casesAn experienced attorney who enjoys taking ownership of complex litigationA proactive, solutions-oriented professional with exceptional judgmentAn attorney with outstanding written advocacy, oral advocacy, and negotiation skillsSomeone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial litigation practiceWhy Consider This Opportunity?Join a nationally recognized plaintiff-side litigation firm handling high-profile class action mattersLitigate sophisticated, impactful cases against major regional and national employersNo billable hour requirementsOpportunity to mentor junior attorneys and play a leadership role within the litigation teamCollaborative, team-oriented culture with experienced attorneys across multiple officesCompetitive compensation with performance-based bonus opportunitiesComprehensive benefits package and long-term growth opportunitiesBenefits: Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and 401K plan.
