Insurance Auto Adjuster - Hybrid

Randstad in partnership with The Hanover Insurance Group are actively hiring Associate Adjusters to join their Level One Auto claims team starting on a temp-hire basis. Responsibilities Perform claim processing and payment functions on non-complex claims for personal auto policies in multiple states, review electronic claim files for completeness, and follow procedures for gathering missing information. Conduct outbound calls with a level of satisfaction that meets or exceeds customers’ expectations by responding in a polite, professional, and empathetic manner, matching their needs with The Hanover’s services. Develop recognition of coverages, claim processing requirements, and related data processing systems. Claims handled by this individual will not involve determining liability, questionable damages, investigation, personal injury, or coverage issues. Obtain appraisals and other needed information from insured parties using established guidelines, advise on proper course of action, and record additional information into the company’s network, updating the electronic claim file. Apply basic communication skills to interpret callers’ inquiries and offer options, set up predetermined reserves, manage outbound calls to insured to confirm next steps, collect and file bills/documentation, and send outbound correspondence as needed.
