Swing Shift Crane Maintenance Technician

A manufacturing facility in Cayce, SC is looking for an Industrial Crane Maintenance Mechanic looking to interview candidates ASAP. This role is fast paced and demanding. This company is growing quickly and willing to train for upward progression. This is a Direct Hire opportunity. This role will operate off the 1st/3rd Swing shift schedule on a Dupont Schedule. Electrical Maintenance is required!!

salary: $58,240 - $83,199.99 per year
shift: First
work hours: 6 AM - 6 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Maintain all aspects of overhead cranes
• Heavy emphasis on electrical maintenance
• Electrical systems, AC Drives, Static Stepless, AC Contactor, and PLC controls
• 3 Phase 480 power, AC magnet controllers and DC magnet controllers
• Mechanical systems, gearboxes, wheels, couplings, and structure

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment
• wearing steel toe shoes
• working in a non-temperature controlled environment
• manual lifting up to 50lbs
• standing for 12 hours at one time
• working up to 8 hrs of overtime per week

Skills

• Electronic Maintenance (3 years of experience is preferred)
• Mechanical Maintenance (3 years of experience is preferred)
• Maintenance (3 years of experience is preferred)
• Electrical Maintenance (3 years of experience is preferred)
• General Maintenance (3 years of experience is preferred)
• 3 Phase 480 Power Experience
• AC/DC Magnet Controller Exp (3 years of experience is preferred)
• Mechanical System Experience (3 years of experience is preferred)
• Heavy Equipment Maintenance (3 years of experience is preferred)
• PLC Controls Experience (3 years of experience is preferred)
