As a Patrol Unarmed Officer supporting a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Tue: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Fri: 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM Sat: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Sun: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and/or contractors at a technology, media, or telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, following established escalation and reporting procedures. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the business, campus, parking areas, building perimeter, and other assigned locations to help identify and report unusual activity or security-related concerns. Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and report unauthorized access attempts or policy violations to site leadership and/or Allied Universal management. Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and patrol logs while communicating relevant security‑related information to appropriate personnel. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
