Administrative Assistant Full-Time Position: 40 Hours Week Hourly: $26 - $29FLSA: Non-Exempt Working Hours: Monday-Friday 7:00 a.m. - 4:30p.m. (Hours will vary as needed) Reports to President Job Summary The Administrative Assistant will serve as a key support resource for the President and leadership team. This individual will be responsible for managing a variety of administrative tasks, preparing reports and presentations, coordinating company communications, and developing creative ways to keep employees informed and engaged. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, technologically proficient, and possesses strong written communication and creative skills. Key Responsibilities Executive Support
- Provide direct administrative support to the President and leadership team.
- Prepare reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and other business documents as requested.
- Assist with special projects and company initiatives.
- Maintain organized records and confidential information.
- Develop and manage the company's monthly newsletter.
- Create engaging content highlighting employee achievements, company milestones, project updates, safety initiatives, and upcoming events.
- Identify and implement creative communication strategies to improve employee engagement and company-wide communication.
- Coordinate employee spotlights, announcements, and internal communications.
- Assist with planning company events, recognition programs, and team-building activities.
- Create and maintain professional documents, forms, and templates.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and document management.
- Support HR with onboarding tasks and employee communications as needed.
- Assist with tracking and compiling operational metrics and reports.
- Creative and innovative in developing employee communications.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.

- Associate's degree or equivalent from a technical school or university
- Minimum 2 years of administrative, executive assistant, office management or related experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- OneSource Level2+ Certified
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Excel and Power Point
- Experience creating newsletters, company communications, or marketing materials.
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design platforms.
- Experience supporting executive leadership.
- Knowledge of social media, employee engagement programs, or internal communications strategies.
